Please begin by clicking the Registration tab ABOVE and creating or logging into your member account.

SPRING 2012 Registration Fee's:

U5 & U6

Cost- $40.00 per team
Games start - February 20th to April 30th. No games Spring break or Easter
Games will be played on Monday nights
Uniforms - Will use the same uniforms as the fall.

U7 & U8

Cost-$50.00 per team
Game starts- February 19th to April 29th. No games Spring break or Easter
All games will be played Saturday morning
Uniforms - Will use the same uniforms as the fall.

U9 & U10

Cost- $69.00 per team and $11.00 per person
Game starts- February 19th to April 29th. No games Spring break or Easter
When will games be played (Sunday or Saturday)
Uniforms - Will use the same uniforms as the fall.

U11 & U12

Cost- $118.00 per team and $18.00 per person.
Game starts- February 19th to April 29th. No games Spring break or Easter
When will games be played (Sunday or Saturday)
Uniforms - Will use the same uniforms as the fall.

U13 & U14

Cost- $296.00 per team and $18.00 per person
Game start- March 25th to May 20th. No games Easter weekend
When will games be played (Sunday or Saturday)
Uniforms - Will use the same uniforms as the fall.

U15 & U16

Cost- $364.00 per team and $18.00 per person
Game start- March 25th to May 20th. No games Easter weekend
When will games be played (Sunday or Saturday)
Uniforms - Will use the same uniforms as the fall.

U17 & U19

Cost- 404.00 per team and $18.00 per person
Game start- March 25th to May 20th. No games Easter weekend

Uniforms - Will use the same uniforms as the fall.

All Fees are Due September March 25, 2012 and Players will only be rostered when fees and completed paperwork and proof of age are delivered to the registrar.

Player may not practice until registered.

If we have not received check and birth certificate within 10 days of registration, player is not considered registered.

You can access your member account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any technical problems, please call 1-800-808-7195 for assistance.

Your registration forms will fill at the end of the process.

If you get blank forms, please close out the session and log back in.

When your account comes up

Scroll down to the Player Application
Scroll to the far right of player name and click on the "printer" icon.

Be patient while the registration form fills into adobe form.
